ETP Thermal Dynamics specializes in clean/test, repair, overhaul and NuCore replacement of Heat Exchangers, Precoolers, Condensers, Reheaters, and Oil Coolers. The company distinguished itself in the industry through innovative, cost reducing repairs. ETP has put extensive work into developing DER repairs, such as NuCore replacement. Our NuCore programs replace the old cores with new components, restoring the units back to zero time. The units are returned to service via FAA approved data and procedures. This program offers the customer a near 100% yield of inventory while providing the same performance, reliability and warranty of a new unit at nearly half the cost.
